Julie O’Connor is the assistant to St. Luke's Senior Pastor, to the Executive Director of Ministries, and she manages St. Luke’s fantastic front office staff. She serves on the Lead Team, Facilities Team and Worship Production Team, including coordination of the Pastor Liaisons. Julie finds the wealth of diversity included in her responsibilities, both staff and congregational, to be a continuous process of learning, creativity and connecting people and needs.

Prior to joining St. Luke’s staff in 2003, Julie worked and ministered in church, retreat house, and renewal program leadership and education for 25 years. Julie and her husband, Mike McAninch, have four adult children and an ever-increasing number of grandchildren (nine at the present time). When not spending time being Nana, Julie enjoys working and traveling with her spouse, spending time with friends, reading, and attending plays and movies.
