Jennifer Phebus

Jennifer Phebus is excited to be joining the St. Luke’s P.D.O. program this year, especially since both her daughters went through the program and loved it so much!  She has previous elementary teaching experience at the third and fourth grade levels.  Jennifer is excited to be involved nurturing the growth and development of toddlers once again, especially in such a positive environment which is found at St. Luke’s.

In her free time, Jennifer loves reading, scrapbooking and volunteering at the elementary school her daughters attend.
