United Methodist Men

St. Luke’s United Methodist Men is a creative, supportive fellowship of men who seek to know Jesus Christ, to grow spiritually and to seek daily his will. Our primary purpose is to declare the centrality of Christ in the lives of men and in all their relationships.

We are a program-driven organization, meaning we do not have monthly ‘Membership’ meetings. Please read below for information regarding our current ongoing and upcoming programs and contact the man responsible for more information or to get involved. If nothing here appeals to you, I invite you to contact me and let’s turn your passion for a new program into a reality!

We send out a monthly e-newsletter with details about programs, news about SLUMM and opportunities for involvement. It’s our main tool for communication. To be added to our monthly e-newsletter, send your request to Doug Staley at fdstaley@comcast.net.

Thank you for visiting our page. I hope to see you soon!

Meets: 7 Sundays, Feb. 3-March 16, 11AM, E105

How is a man to live in his world? What does God have to say to him about his work, his friends, his goals, his marriage? And ultimately, why is God concerned about how men live their lives? God does care deeply about how we live our lives. This small group will allow you to examine your own life and relationships, experience God’s instruction and learn how your life can glorify God. Focusing on seven key areas of life common to most men—work, friends, children, money, goals, marriage and God—this small-group study shines the light of God’s world into those areas, revealing the clear teachings of Scripture.
