Hatha Yoga with Ashley Shapiro
Meets: 6 Mondays, March 10-April 21 (omit 4/14), 5:30-7PM, N103/104
Reg. recommended. Fee $120, walk-ins accepted ($15/class).
Class continues in May & June.
This gentle practice can be easily performed by most people – young and old. It is a series of slow, meditative postures that stimulate and nourish your body so that you can find health, strength, flexibility, relief from tension and anxiety, inner spiritual resources and a general sense of well-being. Bring a blanket.
Integral Hatha Yoga Classes

These Integral Hatha Yoga classes are open to beginners and those who have been practicing for some time. Bring a mat or blanket. Class continues in May & June.
Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is more vigorous than Hatha Yoga and combines mantra, breath, motion and posture to create an individual experience of the Infinite in the finite and refreshment of one's joy of living. Bring a blanket or a mat. Classes continue in May & June.
Lunchtime NIA Class Begins

Kripalu Yoga

Students are given the option to explore and love themselves through flowing asanas (postures), pranayama (breath work), meditation and deep relaxation. Bring a mat or blanket.
Qigong Class Begins

Thursdays, 10:30-11:30AM, N103/104
Fee: $10 / session
Qigong (Chee-Gung) is an amazing set of gentle exercises similar to Tai Chi which help to enhance and maintain one's overall health. It is a self-healing practice used to recover from illness, relieve stress, lower blood pressure, increase blood circulation and reduce chronic pain.
Aikido Training
