Some people find sitting meditation difficult.  Here is an opportunity to meditate and be in motion.  Enhance your overall health, relieve stress, recover from illness, lower blood pressure, increase blood circulation and reduce chronic pain.  Taught by Amy Barr.  Thursdays, 10:30-11:30am, Luke’s Lodge, upstairs.  No registration.  $10 a session.
