Once
a
date
is
set
and
the
deposit
is
received,
the
Wedding
Coordinator
will
communicate
with
the
clergy
to
complete
the
booking
of
your
wedding.
It
is
appropriate
to
request
a
particular
minister
with
whom
you
have
a
special
relationship.
Every
attempt
will
be
made
to
honor
your
preference
but,
regrettably,
this
is
not
always
possible
due
to
the
minister’s
schedules.
You will be notified of your clergy person approximately
4 months prior to your wedding. Each minister requires one or
more appointments with you to become better acquainted and to
discuss your upcoming marriage and details of the wedding ceremony.
You should plan to schedule to call your minister 2 months prior
to your wedding date to discuss your ceremony.
