The Wedding Coordinator is the initial contact
for couples desiring to be married at St. Lukes and maintains
the calendar of dates and times available at the church. Once
she has placed a "hold" on a specific date and time,
wedding materials will be mailed once the deposit is secured.
This will include a cover letter stating St. Lukes procedures
during the planning of your wedding and the specific date that
the "hold" will be deleted if the non-refundable deposit
($200 for members, $300 for nonmembers) has not been received.
The Wedding Coordinator will be your contact
person after your wedding is scheduled and is available to answer
your questions regarding wedding arrangements at St. Lukes.
After your non-refundable deposit is received, she will send you
a packet of information with forms to complete, music selections
to choose from with a CD, and general information to review
regarding weddings held at St. Luke's. She will call you 4 months
prior to your wedding date to arrange a time to meet with both
of you. You are asked to bring these forms and CD to the church
when you meet with her. She will help you make further plans for
your ceremony.

St. Lukes will provide a Wedding Hostess
to assist with the rehearsal and wedding. She will be in contact
with the bride a few days prior to the wedding to finalize plans
and handle last-minute requests, details and questions. She will
offer particular help at the rehearsal and at the actual ceremony
with sanctuary arrangement, ushering details and timing for the
seating of the bridal processional and seating of the family.
She will also coordinate arrangements with the photographer, family
and wedding party.
