Spirituality & The Arts

The arts are a powerful way to learn about one's spiritually. Interacting with art that others have produced such as movies or paintings can summon surprising emotional responses. Creating one's own art such as mandala drawing, jewelry making, working with watercolors, pencil, oil or acrylics offer opportunities to express often hidden aspects of the self. Classes offer opportunity to develop community.
