Christian Life Scholarship Application 2013
Due to the wonderful generosity of a family at St. Luke’s, a scholarship fund has been created. The Christian Life Scholarship is set up to provide a financial award to two youth who are heading to their first year of full-time college or university study, and who demonstrate a commitment to Christian values in their daily life. To be eligible, you must be a graduating senior in 2012-2013, a member of St. Luke’s UMC, and you must plan on enrolling as a full-time student in a college or university in the Fall of 2013. The award can range from $1000 to $1500 dollars. The application includes both personal information and short essays. Applications, along with a single letter of reference, must be postmarked or delivered to the church no later than April 7, 2013. The deadline is not negotiable. A committee will be meeting in April to select scholarship recipients, and those receiving the awards will be notified by the end of April. Recipients will be invited in early June to worship services to be recognized at church. |

YouthWorks School Supply Drive
This is a list of items that can be donated by summer mission trip groups to be given directly to children to use in school. Please coordinate all donations with Youth Ministry Staff. Then Youth Ministry Staff will coordinate donations with YouthWorks for distribution in the communities. |

This list is provided by YouthWorks and is a list of items YouthWorks uses for their Kids Club program. This is not a list of items to be donated directly to children and families. Often, groups ask what additional supplies they can bring to a mission site. This is a list of items that would be helpful for your group to bring. You are not required to bring additional items. Please be aware that items you bring may not be used during the week of your group’s mission trip. Coordinate all donations with Youth Ministry Staff. Our Youth Ministry Staff will then coordinate all donated items with YouthWorks. |

Pizza Order Form 2012
Each year, the Youth Ministry has a fundraiser by selling pizzas. Sales start in January and continue up to Super Bowl Sunday. This form is what students will use to take orders with. |
