Taize Contemplative Service

Taize worship is based on the tradition developed in Taize, France after WWII when a group of men came together to pray for peace. A Taize service invites you into a time of contemplation using simple chanting, prayers, scripture and 10 minutes of silence. In times of relentless busyness and anxiety, when the clamor and turmoil of life can be overwhelming, you are invited to come away for 30 minutes to let yourself dwell in the presence of Christ. This service is on the third Monday of each month.
