Christmas Missions

Christmas is a special time of year, but can also be painful, sad, and filled with stress. Sometimes it can be difficult to find joy in a season when you're facing hardships. St. Luke's is providing services and outreach to families in need this holiday and season, and we want you to be a part of this extraordinary effort.

Even when Christmas is hard, we have faith in a bright future because of the true meaning of Christmas. Join us in sharing this joy with our community and beyond.

When you read the Christmas story do you ever wonder if angels are real? Every year, we come together to be angels for others by sponsoring and supporting hundreds of children and their families with Christmas gifts and household items. There are three ways you can help:

  1. Sponsor a child. Drop off dates for gifts TBD.
  2. Join one of our wrapping and sorting shifts TBD.
  3. Give a donation to Angel Tree.

Longest Night

DECEMBER 21 @ 7PM

Navigating the Christmas season during a time of grief or loneliness can be hard. Join us for a service of hope. This service symbolizes a move out of the darkness and is for anyone who has had a loss of any kind at any time in their life. Grief is a journey, that no one can put an end date on for another person. Let us be a part of your journey, your journey of hope into lightness. This service will be in-person as well as streamed online here.

Usher in the New Year with a time of remembering 2022 and looking forward to 2023. Perhaps choose a word for 2023 and contemplate how that word will be evidenced in your life as you walk. If you have never walked a labyrinth, someone will be present to introduce you to the practice.  No need to register, just show up!
