United Methodist Women
The United Methodist Women provide an outlet for adult women to channel their involvement in St. Luke's ministries. Each year the United Methodist Women of St. Luke's raise and distribute funds to many organizations within our church and community, as well as to world missions.
WAYS TO GET INVOLVED
UMW Reading Group
Fourth Monday of every month from 7-8:30PM in the Parlor. Contact Jennifer Todd at firstname.lastname@example.org.
United Methodist Women have a variety of women's circles, organized by age and interest, that participate in monthly activities in addition to special programs and events throughout the year. Find your circle.
There are two sales per year with one held in the Spring (late April) and the other one in Fall (late September.) Donations are accepted Wednesday - Friday of the sale week only with the sale being held on Saturday. If your organization wants to collect left over items from the rummage sale, please complete this form and email to email@example.com.
For questions or to volunteer, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Held each year on a Saturday in early November, if you are interested in selling items, you may apply for booth space for our 2014 Bazaar, starting in January. Please look for the 2015 application form online and mail it along with your check to: Lori Chambers, 5945 Moller Road, Indianapolis, IN 46254. Contact Lori at email@example.com
Food Pantry Drives
A fun social event, the spring tea is always held on a Saturday afternoon in March. It is a free event and includes a speaker, tea, tea sandwiches, and cookies.
Christmas UMW Installation Dinner
A special evening of fellowship and dinner held in early December to celebrate the accomplishments of the year and for the installation of new officers and circle chairman.
Assist in serving food at church following a service or memorial. To volunteer, email Helen Vriesman at firstname.lastname@example.org
