Family Ministries Administrative Assistant
The Family Ministries Administrative Assistant is a full-time position and will report to the Directors of Children and Youth Ministries. This person will have a wide variety of duties as they will work with both the children and youth ministries.
Organization, attention to detail, multi-tasking and flexibility would all be required skills.
Part-Time Facilities Staff Member
A part-time facilities team member will work 15 - 20 hours per week and report directly to the Facilities and Grounds Manager. This team member will have a wide variety of responsibilities in regards to building management. These include but are not limited to: building cleaning, room set-ups, routine building maintenance and landscape management.
Software Systems Specialist
Casts vision for and maintains the day-to-day operations of St. Luke’s Church Management System. Improves users’ technology skills by creating an environment in which the church staff and volunteers can efficiently and effectively serve the congregation and the ministries of St. Luke’s.
Worship & the Arts Ministry Assistant
The Worship & the Arts Ministry assistant is responsible for the successful functioning of the ministry office, maintaining excellence in communication, administration, and volunteer management. This full-time, non-exempt position reports to the Director of Worship & the Arts and serves as a member of the ministry staff, coordinating support for all the ensemble directors and volunteers. Will consider part-time, job shared arrangement between two persons.
The Worship Producer is responsible for the overall coordination and administration of the creative design process leading up to the production of weekend services and special events. This includes coordinating communication between worship ministry staff and volunteer team leaders/members to ensure timely production of all weekend service creative elements.
