Give feedback
We love to hear from you and are continually monitoring your experience with our service webcasts. We want to hear both the good and the bad and your response is important to our ongoing work in providing reliable service. The form is short and we thank you in advance for taking the time! Thanks again for watching!
Need Help?
Windows Users
In order to properly view the webcast, you must have Microsoft Media Player (download here). If at any time during the webcast, the screen should freeze and you lose sound, please click on the stop button, wait a minute, and then click on the pause/play button. If you continue to have problems, please complete the Feedback Form above and your issue will be received by our AV Media and Informaton Technology Team.
If you routinely experience buffering problems or other issues, the speed of your internet connection and your computer equipment may be the cause. Please read our FAQ document to review the system requirements or to change the buffering setting on Media Player.
Apple Mac, iPad, and iPhone Users
MAC users may download Flip4Mac which will allow you to play Windows Media Player files in QuickTime and iPad/iPhone users will need to download Azul Media Player (a $1.99 app) which will allow you to play multiple video formats. On the iPad/iPhone, open the Safari browser first and then click on the Watch Live Service link above.
On some of the new MACs with the Lion Operating System, we have been receiving reports of problems viewing. As an alternative, we recommend using an open-source (free) media player called VLC Player. Instructions to install and use this player can be found here.
