End of Life Planning Workshop

End of Life Planning workshop will be led by David Heetland, Bryan Smith and Mary Ann Moman.

The focus of the workshop is three-fold and designed for persons 50 and above:

1. Information on wills and estate planning

2. Information on funeral planning

3. Information on medical power of attorney and living will
