Every church reaches a moment where it must cross a bridge, and how you cross it matters. On August 29, from 9 AM to Noon (breakfast at 8:30 AM), St. Luke's is hosting The Changeover Zone Workshop, a fast-paced, interactive experience designed to help our whole congregation become active participants in passing the baton of leadership from Pastor Rob to our next Senior Pastor. Led by Dr. Jim Ozier, a retired UMC clergy who has trained more than 20,000 clergy and congregations across the country, this workshop will equip you with practical tools to navigate this transition in ways that build momentum, deepen engagement, and position St. Luke's for growth. This isn't just for key leaders; it's for everyone who wants to help our church not just to cross this bridge, but to build something remarkable on the other side.
